Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you have a minimum order for cases of wine bottles
A: No. Just call us. From one pallet to 1,000 pallets, no order is too small or too large. Help us, help you by giving us lots of notice. Even your best guess 4 months in advance is better than your exact case count needs 4 weeks in advance.

Q: Will you make me sign a contract for some minimum quantity? What if my needs change before shipment?
A: No. We only ask that you give us your forecasted bottle needs well in advance. Even if it is an estimate and your quantity requirements change prior to shipment, that is OK. Of course, if you have a custom printed order, then you are obligated for that custom order.

Q: Do you supply any items other than what is shown on your website?
A: Yes. We have specialty wine bottles, distilled spirits bottles, wine stemware, crystal wine stemware, decorated glassware, ice wine bottles and decorated & screen printed wine bottles. If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us and ask. We will try to help you.

Q: How do I pay you?
A: At the time of shipment, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept your business check, EFT or wire transfer. In many cases with established businesses and On Approval of Credit, we will offer credit terms for well qualified companies. Any order under $1000 must be paid via credit card at time of sale.

Q: What about credit?
A: As part of our New Customer Set Up form, you can apply for credit. Please note that approval for credit terms can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the response time from your references. For new accounts with credit terms, the first order requirements are 50% down with the balance due Net 20.

Q: What about pricing?
A: Each order is different depending on the items ordered, quantities and shipping warehouse. Please call our Sales Department at 1 888 250 1851 to speak to an Account Manager so we can learn your needs.

Q: Can I get samples of the bottles I am interested in?
A: Yes, we are happy to provide you with the samples you need. Please contact one of our Account Managers at 1-800-824-4119 so we can discuss your needs and help determine your preferred bottle.

Q: I have a unique design for my glass packaging. Are you able to create a custom mold?
A: Yes, depending upon the scope of your project. We have manufactured a number of custom molds for our own bottles and enjoy the process. Please call Andy Brassington directly at 509 941 8002 to discuss in more detail. Also, Vintners Global Resource and our manufacturing partners have a wide range of existing molds that might work for your glass packaging program. Let’s talk.

Q: How do I know if my labels, corks, capsules and product is compatible with your bottles?
A: We encourage our clients to review our product specifications available with each bottle on our website. To avoid any doubt, you should always test your product and other packaging components with the samples we can provide you. Due to the wide range of closure, capsule and label suppliers, we make no guarantee for any intended use and specifically caution that many beverage packaging products may not fit with certain dimensional tolerances for all bottles. All customers will assume full liability for package compatibility with your product.

Q: What about glass packaging quality?
A: Good question. Our glass manufacturers have quality assurance systems and processes in place. Our glass suppliers are well established, produce to industry standards & applicable government standards and are ISO certified. We source directly from factories that we have direct relationships with. We also have our own quality assurance staff in China. We deal with reputable factories that we know personally.

Q: I have limited storage space and need bottle deliveries several time a year. Do you have a stocking program?
A: Yes, depending upon your needs, we can create a custom stocking program just for you. Just talk with your Account Manager.

Q: What if I order the wrong item? Can I return it?
A: Sorry, but all shipped sales are final. Please check your Sales Order carefully.

Q: Do you service wineries and distillers across the US?
A: Yes. We love to meet new people and make new friendships. We have customers in many states and sales managers covering much of America. Please contact us today at Sales@VintnersGlobal.com.

Q: Do you stock glass bottle inventory?
A: Yes, but please contact us early as our inventory levels change as we service our clients. Vintners Global Resource maintains warehouse facilities in Kent, Washington and Bloomingdale, Ohio. At times, we hold some inventory in our production facilities warehouse.

Q: What are your hours for shipping and receiving?
A: Anytime between 8:00 to 3:00, Monday through Friday, except for Holidays.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Yes. We can export your product FOB any US port. For many bottles, we can also direct ship to most any destination from our US, Asian or European factories. This requires plenty of advance planning, so call today. The customer is responsible for any import duties/custom fees & brokerage/etc for any products shipped outside the USA. Q: When can I expect an order to be shipped?
A: Usually when you need it! If we have it in stock, we can often ship within 24 hours. To be fair to all customers, we only ship from confirmed Sales Orders. Please talk to your Account Manager as soon as you know your needs. Let’s get your Sales Order in our system and you won’t have to worry because we will have your product when you need it.

Q: How is freight charged?
A: All prices are FOB our warehouse. We are happy to arrange freight for you or you can use one of your preferred carriers. All freight charges will be billed as a separate item on the invoice.

Q: Can Vintners Global Resource decorate glassware and glass bottles?
A: Yes. We have very good direct relationships with experienced decorators in the US and Asia. We can provide the glassware and the glass bottles directly to the decorator so you don’t have to worry. Our services include silk screening glass, ACL glass printing and heat shrink labeling. Please call Andy Brassington at 509 941 8002 so we can discuss your project and learn if we can help you.

Q: Do you paint bottles?
A: Yes, some bottles can be sprayed with safe food grade colors which is baked into the exterior of the bottles. These are custom projects with several variables, so please contact your account manager or call Andy Brassington at 509 941 8002 to learn more.

Q: Can you accept small glass decoration orders?
A: Most likely, yes. Just call Andy at 509 941 8002 to find out if we can help you.
